About Enrique
From an early age Enrique has been obsessed with being on the water and boats. After getting his MBA at University of Miami he co-founded a marine IoT company called Boatrax that helps owner monitor their boats remotely. After blood, sweat and tears went into the hardware play that eventually failed due to the microchip crisis in '21 he was recruited by Boatsetter, the largest peer-to-peer boat rental marketplace. Now he oversees Florida and NY while also running their day-to-day operations.
About John
John O’Keefe is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience leading technology-driven companies. He is currently the Founder and Chairman of YachtWave, a cutting-edge app designed to streamline boat and yacht management for owners and managers. He has over 20 years of boating experience in the Long Island Sound, New York, and the waters of Florida and the Keys. Additionally, John holds a USCG 100-Ton Master Captain’s License.
About Owen
Owen has more than 20 years’ experience designing, developing, and implementing scalable and fault-tolerant software applications for buy- and sell-side firms. From 2016-2022 he ran Enterprise Technology for the McKinsey Investment Office. A physicist by training, Davies has extensive expertise in building computationally intensive applications. In addition, he is a highly experienced yacht captain with merchant marine credentials.

About Trip
Capt. Trip Smith is a seasoned mariner and content creator with a passion for boating and waterway navigation. As a test boat captain for BoatTest.com, Trip has accumulated extensive hands-on experience with a wide range of vessels, from high-performance yachts to paddlecraft. In addition to his professional maritime work, Trip runs a successful YouTube channel, where he shares his adventures, insights on healthy living, and product reviews, inspiring others to overcome challenges and explore life on the water.
